Will Stephens has been the manager of WXAN 103.9 FM since November of 2005. Will was born in Duquoin, and currently resides in Murphysboro. He is also the Mayor of Murphysboro, and a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He and his wife Molly were married in March of 2017. Melody is the host of "Mid-Morning's with Melody on WXAN. Weekdays from 10 am - 11 am. Melody also edits audio and produces various programs for broadcast. She joined the WXAN team in 2022.
Audio Production - Ron Lacy
Ron is the voice of WXAN weather forecasts and manages the production and editing of many local and national preaching programs. Ron joined WXAN in 2022. Ron also is the operator of Egg Head Computers.

Matt Hedrick joined WXAN in January of 2023. Matt works the
in the production of Pinckneyville Panther Basketball and Football games. He also produces the services of Elm Street Baptist church, and Immanuel Lutheran Church. Matt is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
